    夏天饮食六佳

     
       1. 最佳调味品——食醋
       酷夏热,出汗多,多吃点醋能提高胃酸浓度,帮助消化和吸收,促进食欲。醋还有很强
     的抑制细菌能力,对伤寒、痢疾等肠道传染病有预防作用,夏天人易疲劳、困倦不适等,
     多吃点醋很快会解除疲劳,保持充沛的精力。
       2. 最佳蔬菜——苦味菜
       夏天气温高湿度大,往往使人精神萎靡、倦怠乏力、胸闷、头昏、食欲不振、身体消
     瘦,此时吃点苦味蔬菜大有裨益。苦味蔬菜中含有丰富的具有消暑、退热、除烦、提神和
     健胃功能的生物碱、氨基酸、苦味素、维生素及矿物质。苦瓜、苦菜、莴笋、芹菜、蒲公
     英、莲子、百合等都是佳品,可供选择。
       3. 最佳汤肴——番茄汤
       夏令多喝番茄汤既可获得养料,又能补足水分,一举两得。番茄汤(烧好待冷却后再
     喝)所含番茄红素,有一定的抗前列腺癌和保护心脏的功效,最适合于中老年男性。
       4. 最佳肉食——鸭肉
       夏季气温高,人体新陈代谢增快,能量消耗大,因此蛋白质的供应必须酌量增加。鸭肉
     不仅富含蛋白质,而且由于其属水禽,还具有滋阴养胃、健脾补虚、利湿的作用。根据中
     医“热者寒之”的原则,特别适合上火、体内生热者食用。夏季在食用鸭肉时最好炖食,
     也可以加入莲藕、冬瓜等蔬菜煲汤食用。
       5. 最佳饮料——热茶
       夏天离不开饮料,首选饮品应是极普通的热茶。热茶的降温能力大大超过冷饮制品,乃
     是消暑饮品中的佼佼者,既解渴又解乏。
       6. 最佳营养品——维生素E
       专家介绍,人在夏天会遇到三大危险,即强烈的日照、臭氧与疲劳,而维生素E可将这三
     大危险降到最低程度。维生素E在麦芽、麸皮面包、胡桃泥、奶制品等食物中含量较多,夏
     天可多进食一点。
